No, our charity coaching events are open to the public! While our group coaching sessions are unable to provide the depth and customization as our regular services, it’s a nice way for participants to get a feel for our approach.

We start every session with grounding and mindfulness techniques, then move into a brief presentation about that event’s primary topic, before ending with an open Q&A and discussion time.
