The supplier's terms, cancellation, and refund policies apply to each booking and are communicated at the time of confirmation. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of suppliers.
3. Pricing, Payment & Refunds

4. Nature of Consulting and Client Responsibility
4.1 Consulting Is Not Medical or Mental-Health Care.
Wellness and strategy consulting supports the Client's wellness goals through guidance, education, and accountability. It is not psychotherapy, counseling, mental-health treatment, medical care, or legal or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed therapist, physician, attorney, financial advisor, or other qualified professional. Elda Strategies and its associates is not acting as the Client's doctor, therapist, or other licensed provider, and nothing in the consulting relationship creates that kind of professional relationship.
4.2 Client Responsibility.
The Client is responsible for their own health decisions, choices, and actions. The Client should consult a qualified professional before making significant decisions affecting their health, finances, relationships, or career, and before stopping or changing any prescribed treatment. The Client will seek immediate medical or emergency help for any urgent medical or mental-health concern. The Client confirms that they are participating voluntarily and are, to the best of their knowledge, able to take part in the Services.
4.3 No Guarantee of Results.
Elda Strategies does not guarantee any particular wellness, fitness, weight, or health outcome. Results depend on the Client's own efforts, circumstances, and choices.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Service unlawfully or to harass, defraud, or impersonate others.
Attempt to access another member's account, scrape data, or reverse-engineer the Service.
Upload malicious code or interfere with security or operations.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit (preferences, documents, messages). You grant Elda Strategies a limited license to use such content to operate and improve the Service and to fulfill your service requests.
7. Confidentiality & Discretion
Discretion is core to our practice. Internally, access to member information is limited on a need-to-know basis. Members agree not to disclose proprietary aspects of the service methodologies without written consent.
8. Third-Party Integrations
Google Workspace, Bonsai, Stripe, Squarespace, and other integrations are governed by their own terms. By connecting them, you authorize the data flows described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elda Strategies' aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the planning fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elda Strategies and its personnel from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or to protect the integrity of the Service. You may cancel your membership by contacting your advisor; outstanding balances remain due.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, unless applicable consumer law gives you another venue.
